Housekeeping Rules for accounts

Please note that Company-required governance requires that users with > 90 days inactivity are subject to housekeeping user access removal procedures.


Housekeeping Rule Action Notes

User doesn’t complete first time login within 90 days.

Deactivate SAM Account

EngageZone and Aspera users who remain inactive for greater than 90 days will have their access revoked to align with company lifecycle management and good financial stewardship.

Active User does not log into SAM for 90 days.

Suspend Account

Emails will be sent to user prior to suspension

Active user does not access Application after 90 days

Suspend user's access to Application

Emails will be sent to user prior to suspension

If User is suspended from Application for 90 days

Delete user's access to Application
